Passionate about caring for her
clients, Paige enjoys a reputation for assuring that their needs, goals and
objectives are met expediently and compassionately. She continuously
demonstrates unsurpassed devotion and the strong work ethic that propelled her
to multi-million dollar producer status within two years of earning her real
estate credential. She sees her role as one of assisting her clients with
realizing the “American dream” of owning their own home.
While she possesses comprehensive
real estate knowledge and serves a broad range of clientele, Paige demonstrates
extensive expertise related to assisting active duty and veteran military
families with the intricacies of VA home loans. She holds the Florida Military
Specialist (FMS ) credential,
Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Designation, is a “Homes for Heroes”
affiliate Realtor®, and established that organization’s presence in the Daytona
Beach area. Emphasis on assistance to military personnel and their families is
especially important to Paige, considering that her husband is a highly-
decorated Air Force combat veteran, her father and grandfather served in the
Army, her son is a Marine and her brother served in the Navy.
After growing up on a farm in Georgia , Paige
went on to earn a Bachelors in Business Administration and spent time as an
office manager before attaining her real estate licenses in Louisiana and Florida . Believing that continuing education
is paramount, she is constantly seeking both general and specialized knowledge
in her field. She holds ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CRS (Certified
Residential Specialist), RSPS (Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist), SFR
(Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource), PMN (Performance Management Network)
credentials in addition to her FMS and MRP accreditations and will soon be
earning her CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist.) She is also an
active member of the Women’s Council of Realtors.
Enjoying an active private as well
as professional life, Paige has traveled to many parts of the world and can
often be found scuba diving or riding a Harley.
